 The “Atlantic Avenue Spring Fling”

Bonnet Competition, Egg Hunt, with Prizes and Family Fun

Socially distanced and self-guided virtual egg hunt along Atlantic Avenue


Brooklyn, NY- March 4, 2021– The “Atlantic Avenue Spring Fling” will be held on Saturday, April 3rd, from 12:00 pm through 5:00 pm, through Brooklyn neighborhoods Boerum Hill, Brooklyn Heights and Cobble Hill. Visitors can stroll along the avenue from Fourth Avenue to the Waterfront, to enjoy the no-touch virtual egg-scavenger hunt using QR codes placed on storefront windows of local businesses. Once scanned, attendees’ phone screens will be directed to a fun riddle with a chance to win a prize or special treats.

Everyone is invited to dress up in their best Easter bonnet and spring finery and visit selfie stations to take photos. When they use the Spring Fling hashtag (#atlanticavespringfling) on social media, they’ll have a chance to win for Best Bonnet (for an adult, child or furry friend), Best Couple and Best Mask. Each of the five winners will win a special prize valued at $100.
