Window Judging Guidelines

+ Merchants MUST complete and submit to the AALDC a 2016 Holiday Programming application by November 28, 2016; Merchants who do not submit a completed application will not be judged.

+ Merchant Windows Should Be Decorated By 6PM on December 6, 2016

+ Judges Will Walk From 4th Avenue to Hicks Street to View All Decorated Windows who applied for participation

+ The Atlantic Avenue Local Development Corp. (AALDC) Invites New Judges to Participate Each Year

+ Judges Selected Do Not Include AALDC Board of Directors or AALDC Staff

2016 MERCHANT HOLIDAY WINDOW COMPETITION JUDGES

This year’s windows will be judged by prominent members of local nonprofit organizations:

Mariela Estrella – Director of Brooklyn Tourism & Business Relationships, Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce
Mickey Heller – Co-Chair of the Board of Directors, Brooklyn Pride, INC.
Kimberly Maier – Executive Director, The Old Stone House
Andrea Parker – Executive Director, Gowanus Canal Conservancy
Nancy Webster – Executive Director, Brooklyn Bridge Park Conservancy

Winners will be announced at the
Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony & Party
Thursday, December 8th, 6pm
St. Cyril of Turov Belarusian Church, 401 Atlantic Avenue
